Vistas del Lago is a North American development of 60 lots - most of them over 1 acre in size - located just above the southern lake road between Tronadora and Rio Chiquito. Two of them will be used for a clubhouse and a park. 33 lots remain for sale. Currently, a model home is under construction on Lot #3. There are fine lake views from all of the lots and Arenal Volcano views from most. Construction of the infrastructure has been completed except for finishing work on the water system. The electrical service is entirely underground, the developers having made a very costly investment to preserve the views. There is to be 24-hour security. A guardhouse has been completed and the large entry gate and walls are under construction. Prices of the lots range from $39,654 to $177,989. The completed 2-bedroom (each is a master suite) house and lot are priced at $295,000.
